21 DAY FAST

We desire a deeper, more intimate relationship with God and want to walk in step with His perfect plan for our lives. We want to do our part to see His Kingdom advance. So together as a church family, we will be fasting and praying for specific areas, dedicating that time to pray and seek God. As we draw near to Him, He’ll draw near to us (James 4:8).

POINTS OF PRAYER

JAN 02: Generational Ministries
• For God’s favor to be on the Generational and On-Campus Ministries: “Praising God, and having favour with all the people. And the Lord added to the church daily.” (Acts 2:47, KJV)
• That the kids would grow closer to God and know Him personally: “Pray that you’re filled with the knowledge of His will, and have a walk fully pleasing toward Him.” (Colossians 1:9-10)
• Love is Red: That God would draw students and ministry leaders to conference to know Him and make Him known.

JAN 03: Authentic Relationships
• Connect Groups
• For a generationally connected church: “Let us consider one another in order to stir up love, and not to forsake the assembling of our, exhorting one another.” (Heb. 10:24,25)
• For unity in purpose: “Finally, all of you, live in harmony with one another; be sympathetic, love as brothers, be compassionate and humble!” [There is no age in the Spirit!] (1 Peter 3:8)

JAN 04: Reach Those Far from God
• An increase in salvations: “So ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out more workers into His harvest field.” (Matthew 9:38)
• That children come back to God: “The King’s heart is like a stream of water directed by the Lord, and He turns it wherever He pleases.” (Proverbs 21:1) His children are kings and priests and we pray, He turns their hearts back to Him!

JAN 05: Live Life as a Family
• That those who aren’t connected would find comfort in our church family: “To the praise of the glory of His grace, by which He has made us accepted in the beloved.” (Ephesians 1:6)
• That our church body would walk in and show the love and grace of God making all those who come feel accepted and loved.

JAN 06: Our Government
• For those in authority: “That prayer be offered for all men and those in authority…” (1 Timothy 2:1)
• Pray for God to raise up leaders after his heart, for their protection, and to be surround by Godly men and women.

JAN 07: Our Military
• Pray for their protection and for Godly wisdom in dealing with the enemy. “A thousand can fall at their side, and 10,000 at their right hand but it shall not come near them.” (Psalm 91: 1-8)

JAN 08: Unity in our Nation and Church
• Pray that the church and our nation become more united “Now, dear brothers and sisters, I appeal to you by the authority of the Lord Jesus Christ to stop arguing among yourselves. Let there be real harmony so there won’t be divisions in the church. I plead with you to be of one mind, united in thought and purpose.” (1 Corinthians 1:10, NLT)

JAN 09: God’s Favor
• Both individually and as a church family: “For surely, O LORD, you bless the righteous; you surround them with your favor as with a shield.” (Psalm 5:12, NIV)
• Pray that we have favor with God and with man and that favor surrounds us everywhere we go.

JAN 10: Health and Healing
• Pray that all believers will come to know and put faith in the fact that Jesus paid for their healing, and that they are free from the bondage of sickness. “And no doubt you know that God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and with power. Then Jesus went around doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the Devil, for God was with him.” (Acts 10:38, NLT) “He personally carried away our sins in his own body on the cross so we can be dead to sin and live for what is right. You have been healed by his wounds.” (1 Peter 2:24-25, NLT)

JAN 11: Marriages
• Pray that couples get a revelation of the love of God and that marriages are restored and strong. “May He grant you out of the rich treasury of His glory to be strengthened and reinforced with mighty power in the inner man by the [Holy] Spirit [Himself indwelling your innermost being and personality]. May Christ through your faith [actually] dwell (settle down, abide, make His permanent home) in your hearts! May you be rooted deep in love and founded securely on love, That you may have the power and be strong to apprehend and grasp with all the saints [God’s devoted people, the experience of that love] what is the breadth and length and height and depth [of it]; [That you may really come] to know [practically, through experience for yourselves] the love of Christ, which far surpasses mere knowledge [without experience]; that you may be filled [through all your being] unto all the fullness of God [may have the richest measure of the divine Presence, and become a body wholly filled and flooded with God Himself]! Now to Him Who, by (in consequence of) the [action of His] power that is at work within us, is able to [carry out His purpose and] do superabundantly, far over and above all that we [dare] ask or think [infinitely beyond our highest prayers, desires, thoughts, hopes, or dreams] (Ephesians 3:16-20, AMP)
